Creative thinking is not limited to artists or naturally "creative" people. It is a way of approaching the world with curiosity, openness, flexibility, and the ability to see possibilities where others may see limitations.
This workshop is designed to help participants develop the mindset and practical skills needed to think differently, solve problems effectively, and approach challenges with greater confidence and creativity.
Using a holistic approach, we explore the different factors that influence the way we think and make decisions, including assumptions, habits, mental models, emotional reactions, fear of failure, and our tendency to approach familiar problems in familiar ways.
Participants are guided through the essential stages of creative problem-solving: defining the real problem, questioning assumptions, reframing challenges, exploring multiple perspectives, generating ideas, connecting seemingly unrelated concepts, evaluating possibilities, and transforming creative ideas into practical solutions.
The workshop also explores how to move beyond the fear of being wrong and create an environment where experimentation, curiosity, and unconventional thinking can flourish. Participants learn to distinguish between generating ideas and evaluating them, allowing creativity to emerge before judgment takes over.
Through interactive exercises, creative challenges, reflection, collaborative activities, and practical frameworks, participants develop the ability to approach both professional and personal challenges from new angles.
The workshop ultimately aims to move participants from "There is no solution" to "What else could be possible?" — developing a mindset that turns obstacles into opportunities for innovation, growth, and meaningful action.
