What happens in your family life stays in your life — unless you work on it! It was a marvelous experience participating in the so-called “Family Constellations” sessions, each shedding a lot of light on what gets sticky in one's life preventing one from moving forward! It totally worked on many hidden issues in my personal life that were a mirror of the dynamics in my family I grew up within, reflected again and again across my circles of friendship and social relationships. Olga brilliantly handles the session with all its potential variations and lands one's spirit with care and safety on a foundation of trust and a path of light!

After attending Family constellation sessions as a participant, I experienced a deep inner transformation. I became calmer and filled with peace and serenity when facing life's challenges. I began to better understand my family members' reactions and see them from a more compassionate perspective. Most beautifully, my relationship with my mother improved significantly, and our connection became warmer and closer.

I have done many Group Family Constellations in my life. When I started going to Olga's sessions, I so enjoyed helping others with their issues. On November 6, I decided to have a group session. I had issues with sharing my space. In this constellation, the group helped me recognize what were the entanglements I still held within my family to feel safe sharing my home. After the session, I started having more friends visiting and my brother is sharing my healing room for his work. Group sessions are very powerful and the healing is instant and applies to all participants even if they did not get a chance to represent a role in the constellation.

She always demonstrates exceptional skill in holding both individual and group constellation sessions. The space felt safe, structured, and emotionally contained, allowing deep work to unfold naturally. Her guidance is calm, attuned, and respectful of everyone involved.
