Family Constellations is a therapeutic method designed to help uncover hidden dynamics, transgenerational blockages, and loyalties within your family lineage. By setting up representatives (in group workshops) or using spatial markers (in individual sessions), we map the family system. This allows you to witness and release energetic entanglements that may be manifesting as chronic anxiety, relationship struggles, or repetitive life patterns, opening the path for life-force to flow freely once more.

None at all. Breathwork sessions use conscious connected breathing from the New Me Breathwork method, and Olga guides every step — rhythmic breathing, hands-on body adjustments, sound, and gentle inner work. You do not need to have meditated, practised yoga, or breathed this way before.

A 60-minute one-to-one container of deep reflection, empowering exercises, and soul movements shaped entirely around where you are. The intention is to reconnect you with your own inner wisdom and leave you with real clarity and practical next steps, rather than a fixed programme.

Both, depending on the offering. Family Constellations and Transformational Guidance run online or in person. Somatic Breathwork and Sound Healing are in-person only — both rely on the body being held in the room. In-person sessions are in Beirut; online sessions are open to clients anywhere.

Transformational Guidance runs 60 minutes, Breathwork Healing 60 minutes, and Family Constellations 1–2 hours. Workshops and retreats range from half-day to multi-day formats.

Shifts keep unfolding after the work ends. Give yourself time to rest and notice what changes. Healing can feel instant, but integration is a journey — and support remains available to you between sessions.

Yes. Group work runs as half-day, full-day, and multi-day workshops and retreats, covering self-reflection and inner awareness, life purpose, navigating transitions such as divorce or loss, healthier relationships, and releasing limiting beliefs. These are active and immersive rather than passive learning.

Once you book your session, we will send you a form to fill with information about your family. Come with a sense of what you would like to explore, whether that is a relationship pattern, a recurring block, or an ancestral question, and allow the rest to emerge.

Please get in touch to discuss what would suit your situation. The right rhythm depends on the modality and where you are in your process, so this is arranged directly rather than sold as a fixed package.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out as early as you can, ideally at least a few days prior to your session, and we will find another time. For specific terms on a booking already made, contact us directly and we will confirm them with you. Same day cancellations will be fully charged.
