The workshop guides participants through the essential stages of career transformation: understanding where they are today, identifying what is no longer working, reconnecting with their values and aspirations, recognizing their natural strengths and talents, clarifying what truly motivates them, and defining what they want their professional life to look and feel like.
We also explore systemic influences such as family expectations, inherited beliefs about success and money, loyalty to family patterns, social conditioning, fear of disappointing others, and the identity we may have built around our current profession.
From there, participants move toward creating a clear vision for their next chapter. We explore possible directions, identify the fears and limiting beliefs that may arise during transition, strengthen confidence and self-trust, and develop a practical path toward change.
